If you happen to have $4500 to burn on cigars, Fox Cigar currently has a full box of Fuente Fuente Opus X 25th Anniversary in stock. The anniversary release was shipped to select retailers and rarely is a full box available. The perfecto measures 6 1/4 by 52 and is a Dominican puro from the majestic soil of Chateau de la Fuente.
As with most special releases from the Fuente family, the blend remains in secrecy with little to no information available. resentation is nothing short of art.
Each cigar is encased in an individually crafted metal coffin with an ingenious flip-top lid and lift mechanism, all housed in an opulent 20ct humidor display box complete with a removable tray and integrated space for a Boveda humidification system. Also included with the humidor presentation is an Opus X 25th Anniversary medallion and a large key that will serve a special purpose in the future according to Carlos “Carlito” Fuente Jr.
Now live on YouTube is the 2025 Rojas Street Tacos Cinco de Mayo 2025 Limited Edition. It’s been a great week for fans of Davidoff of Geneva. This past week, two new limited edition blends were released to commemorate their respective 10 year anniversary: Davidoff Escurio & AVO Syncro Nicaragua.
The Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary Limited Edition is a 6 x 56 gran toro that uses a four-year-old Ecuadorian wrapper over a nine-year-old Brazilian binder and a filler made up of rare Brazilian tobacco and signature tobacco Dominican Davidoff tobacco.
Each cigar has an MSRP of $37 and the United States will receive 3,750 boxes of 12 with an MSRP of $444.00
AVO Syncro is also celebrating 10 years with their own LE release. The joyous occasion is a celebration in brilliant blending as a unique, box-pressed Diadema format is a first for the brand, delivering a distinctively elevated experience according to Davidoff’s marketing team.

Now live on YouTube is a bucket list cigar accessory I’ve been after for a few years. When originally announced in 2019, S.T. Dupont listed the Opus X Goldsmith lighter with a MSRP of $1,894. Fast forward to 2025 and while waiting for my son to be born in the hospital, I found a retailer in Great Britain that still had one unit in stock of the limited Ligne 2 at a steep discount, but is worth it?
The Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Gran Toro celebrates a decade of Davidoff’s Escurio line, combining the rich flavors of Brazilian and Dominican tobaccos to create a bold and unique cigar experience. This limited edition cigar features a 56-ring gauge, allowing the complex flavors of the blend to fully unfold. The cigar is crafted with aged Dominican filler tobacco, which is matured in bourbon casks for six months, imparting a refined sweetness and enhancing the cigar’s richness.
The blend of Brazilian Bahia and Dominican tobaccos creates a well-balanced profile, offering dynamic flavors of vanilla, cappuccino, leather, and bittersweet chocolate. The bourbon cask aging adds additional layers of sweetness and complexity, making each puff a luxurious experience. The larger Gran Toro size allows these rich flavors to evolve throughout the smoke, delivering a smooth, satisfying experience.
Packaged in a beautifully designed wooden box with a commemorative 10th anniversary sticker, the Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Gran Toro is a true collector’s item.
Each cigar has an MSRP of $37 and the US market will receive 3,750 boxes of 12. The cigar is expected to be available on April 10.

Earlier this year, I had an opportunity to stop at Telford’s Pipe & Cigar in Mill Valley, California and meet Brian Telford, who started the business in 1970! The shop is a masterclass in the history of pipe tobacco and cigars in the United States for the last 100+ years.
It was truly a special day to get a few minutes to chat with Brian and listen to the history of Telford’s as well as the challenges of owning a tobacco retailer in California given the states aggressive regulation, as well as local county ordinances and regulations. Nevertheless, the shop is truly one-of-a-kind and is a must-visit if you are in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Telford’s stocks an impressive amount of inventory from in-house pipe tobacco blends to the largest names in the cigar industry. Fun fact: Telford’s was the first Davidoff appointed merchant in Northern California. Unfortunately, Telford’s does not have an e-commerce website, but if they have what you’re looking for, they can process your order over the phone and ship it directly to you.
I can’t thank Brian Telford enough; thank you for your time and allowing me to share your business with the world.
